I used JOM Coilovers on my MK4 and lowered it quite a bit, really good for £150 coilovers and actually more comfortable on a properly low golf, than my mates BC racing coilovers on his EK4 on a street setup. Word of warning though I don't know what yours is like but front springs/shocks on a golf is an absolute pain to change. I actually drove around with the rear on coilovers and front still 4x4 height for a week cause I had to give up on the fronts for a bit because they were taking too long and the car was a daily driver! Good choice on H&R's though, really good quality setup.

Hey everyone, I'm Shafzzz and I currently own a 2005 BMW E90 325i SE Manual in a rare-ish colour and figured as I'm not getting a Honda anymore (can't justify running two cars in London) that I'm going to go "all out" on my BMW. You might think this is an odd choice of car for a 20 year old, especially as it is in SE grandad spec and is a 4 door saloon - but it was cheaper to insure than an older 4cylinder BMW, has an amazing chassis and engine and came with all the things I needed for a comfortable daily driver in London too. I had DEPO angel eyes same black backing as those on my MK4 golf, they actually had fairly good light output through the projectors but word of warning the angel eyes are yellow! My MK4 was the worst car I've ever owned though! But I did think it would've been better if I got a diesel lump but at 18 I had no choice but the small petrols

Was nice seeing you again Roj, our driving styles in our 'grandad' cars always seem to match . The wheels really suit it in person and hopefully you get the mod I sold you installed soon, would love to see what it's like . Also about the Civic*Scene decal, it came free with the hoody he got so I doubt he'd get a refund on it. Car looks good though and does go pretty well for what it is. Next time I see you you won't be in this though!

Looks good, and yeah don't worry mate I'll help sort out the stereos in both MBs though CREE's ftw.

Liking the progress on this, hopefully it grips a bit better on these 16s then ay
