  1. Was up on eBay for £100 or best offer posted, so threw a cheeky offer of £80 earlier. Surprised they accepted but not complaining!
  2. I'm starting to doubt it's worth it. Having checked insurance, I think I could afford to run a VTI so I may just keep my eyes open for something I'll keep tarting my little MB2 up though.
  3. I think what I want is manifold and catback, but leave the cat in. I don't want to have to worry about swapping things around for an MOT etc. Also, I don't want to make it excessively noisy. I just want more umph without too much boy racer brrrp! (I'm too old for that!) I'm not sure that's even possible?
  4. lol. I was thinking more along the lines of looking for a VTI or something Actually, I've started thinking about manifolds and such, but not sure I'll get any worthwhile gains without spending a huge amount of cash.
  5. Went out for a run around the country lanes following a mate in his EP3 tonight. Plenty of fun cruising about I want more poke though!
  6. We could do with a mega list of fixtures and fittings. What size bolt/nut/fastener goes where etc.
  7. Maybe in my inexperience I just didn't figure out it'd fit. I had a mate with me who is a little more experienced at tinkering, but mega cautious. The one on my car was tall and narrow, the one I bought was stubby and wider. To be fair I didn't even offer it up. It probably fits Lol.
  8. Is £40 posted a good price for this ARB, which looks a little rusty?
  9. Forgot to add Magnecor HT leads to my list
  10. Nice! Free delivery makes it worth while too Hope they send you the right oil filter though The one the sent me was wrong I think...
  11. Always an excuse. I keep looking at the little dent on my boot lid, and the tiny paint chip next to it and pondering a new boot lid
  12. Well, I only got my MB at the beginning of Feb but I've done a good amount of tinkering. Future plans are: VTI lips/skirts Re-spray of front bumper and bump strips all round Tidy up of the engine bay Paint rocker cover Replace brake master cylinder Magnecor HT leads Rear ARB ITR airbox Either a wheel restoration or maybe look for some 15" USB and Audio cable tidy up Cup holder!
  13. Entered! I've been lusting after a gopro for a while. Fingers crossed
  14. Tell him he can open them, but then he has to fit them...
  15. Yep. Figured they would sheer off if he played with them. I'm hunting for an arb so when I find one I'll get it up on the ramps to fit (I have a free hour to use at that ramp and wrench place) and soak the bolts in wd40. Then maybe take it to a local place to get the rear done.
  16. Forgot to post this the other day. My tracking before and after I may need to get the rear looked at, but the guy doing it was pessimistic about not sheering bolts etc.
  17. Well, doesn't seem to have made much difference But, its no worse so not complaining. A worthwhile excersise at least.
  18. I'm about to head home and do an ECU reset, see what happens http://civic5.com/forum/index.php?/topic/8084-how-toreset-your-ecu/
  19. But it's like £20 for a year's membership, so a good deal with the stickers And you're helping the club/forum out.
