Thats cool lol Gotta wait a couple of days to wait for Honda basecoat to dry before prepping and lacquering looks damn good i must say.its Honda Blade Silver bit diff to normal silver i must say but compliments (and livens up) the black. Waiting for someone to sell me a cheap anodised blue gearknob -
This may sound like a stupid question but has anyone brought gearknobs from ebay? Seen loads in jdm style gearknobs for around 7quid delivered.seems great value for money - surely a knob is a knob? Lol Cnt see how a cheap gearknob would be a bad thing? I understand not to buy cheap coilovers cos theyre more technical

Im not so sure cos of the wheel design that bronze will suit it? Anyways today ive rubbed down the primer on trim pieces and going to get some silver spray from Halfords to spray up the trim pieces. Also going to have a go at cleaning up the haze from the lenses of my headlights and see how easy it is to get the foglights from clear to yellow. Was going get yellow bulbs but they do look better of the foglight lenses were yellow already! -
Lovely wheels! Is the price including tyres?

Thanks mate! Yeah a lot of silver hondas but hard to do something different in terms of styling since silver doesnt compliment any outrageous colours My mk1 mx5 was black and hard porsche viper green coloured bbs wheels and interior (see my post on new members topic). If the civic was black id have gone down same route.i love the colour green in general -
Would it be beneficial to use the special lacquer for the plastidip?

Youbreaking the civic jamesstopdog? I got a oem civic gearknob I can p/x for your tegiwa one and rubber mats to replace your carpet ones -
Ive come across Plastidip on this site and wondered if they will work on interior trim pieces? Ive primered the trim pieces with modelling (Tamiya to be precise) primer and sanded it lightly down. I was thinking Plastidip Gun Metal Spray - its expensive but works out cheaper than Halfords Spray and Halfords Lacquer! Is it quick drying and any advice on using plastidip before i commit?
-
Cnt see plastidip in silver in their colour range?
