Left, rear pipe cover?

Hey. I have some water problem in trunk, after drove on wet roads. water comes from left side of the trunk, but dont know exactly where.
Is that possible, the fact, my fuel pipe protector is missing, cause this problem? :\

 

If not possible, then also looking for small type of fishes. prefer colorful ones, or doesnt matter.. they will be in the trunk. of turtles.. or mermaids, sharks...

Could be leaky windows? 

I'm (still) suffering from that problem.... Must get them sealed!

Could be the seal on the tail light letting water in or the main boot seal.

Gonna check the left rear light. First I need that pipe protector, then car wash, or rain There is a bumper holder and that flipping thing that release the air when you shut a door. they were removed during bodywork and I see water mark on inside at the holder clip, also the wheel could splash water there. Maybe the water mark is from the paint job, while washed... but I sealed all things there now.
