WilkesyMB6
Are you going to replace the release bearing when you do your clutch mate? Im going to be getting a new clutch soon, so just wondered.
jalesi2001
Yeah, comes as a 3 piece kit, pressure plate, friction plate and release bearing! As for the tyre price, i take it thats for 195/50's? Im sticking with the 195/55 thats ment to be on them, fussy I know, but thats just me! (have i got those sizes the right way round.... )

bepilot
As for the rest of the year, i quite like the idea of a pair of ATR/Evo recaros if I could find any, but i'd need the rails already done as I cant weld and not sure I could be bothered with the hassle of making the rails myself......yep, im a lazy git!! If anyone has some recaros for sale with rails, keep me in mind!! was told by a french MB-owner the ATR seats with rails is a simple bolt-on job nearly, no welding, just a slight mod of the chassis attachment or something alike!I was thinking of those seats too, but as I'm not very large (have tested the EVO seat) I would like something more snug-fitting
jalesi2001
Yep, those would do!! I'll have to ask Davemb2, i think he has a set in his car!Anyway, fitted the new clutch today, me and a few work mates hit it and got it fitted in just over an hour and a half!! Well chuffed, means I get the weekend off, dont need to go in tomorrow now!! Never worked so hard and fast for years!! As for the drive, its like a different car now, no judder from take off, smoother gear changes etc. Worth the money all day long!! The old clutch was b****red, defo needed a new one!!
