MBK89 Posted May 1, 2009 Share Posted May 1, 2009 do you have the adapter before you go on???- Diconnect battery - and leave for 10 minutes, have a beer or something ( energy is stored in airbag after ign switch off. )- Make sure wheels are DEAD straight!- There will be 2 small plastic covers which should pop out either side of the wheel- Behind these will be a couple of TORX screws, (thats the 6 point star shape)- Airbag should pry out , diconnect whichever connecters are attatched, take airbag out (allways store upright in a normal condition, NOT direct sunlight, NOT freezer!)- Crack the big 19mm bolt, will be on very hard as steering wheels usually never come off.- Done!
