ok so a few goodies came today. got some st-oc decals for windows, some more alloy and silicone pipes for induction. i measured the spout and it is 10mm. struggling to find a 76mm alloy t piece though that has a 10mm spout. all seem to be 25mm spouts for bov fitment which is not what i want :/

so today i fitted the stickers (car needs a wash). iv also ordered 45 degree elbow for part of induction and ordered a 10mm hose for breather.

still awaiting rs ecu holder :(

anyways a couple of pics.

few pics. bought some demon snow foam from motorwold. only went for a sponge and seen the 2 bottle on offer so thought why not lol. came out with some good results. car does need a good clay baring though I think. close inspection theres loads of golden brake dust speckles. bit I'll get there in time.

also these are what I need welding. struggling to fund anyone that does aluminium welding though :/ anyone have any other ideas what I can do? would drilling a hole and some tiger seal hold it or would there be too much pressure going threw and it would just blow off?

and finally for a bit of fun. went go karting again but this time for a mates birthday at daytona in manchester. loved the track and a made a fool out of the rest of the grid. think I need to take up go karting lol.

ok so as promised now photobuckets working pics of intercooler install. ran into a problem where a jubilee clip I thought had split the cold side boost hose, but luckily it was just a rubber sleeve where the jubilee just knocked out of place. there was some air escaping with engine running. so I ditched the rubber and just tightened the plastic cold air in place with the jubilee (which looks like most people have done).

next step is some zunsport grills so the intercooler can be seen better and to get them cam covers painted and intake pipes on (still waiting for 80mm jubilee clips) :(

look what the post man brought me.......

In a couple of weeks a remap is due. Also I think the wheels will look better with some stance so she needs dropping a bit. But she's coming together how I want to now
