civicturbo79 Posted February 12, 2010 Author Share Posted February 12, 2010 Ok on the thursday i finished at 3.30pm to get the primer rubbed down , Started by blocking it with 320 grit and then 500 grit and them wet flated with 800 grit , so it was ready for my bro when he finished at 5pm, so he had loads of time to paint it . Started with the green base coat Then 4 drop coats of the blue emerald pearl Then onto the clear coat one half coat and then 2 full wet coats Let me know what you think Ill be building the car back up tomorrow (sat) and cleaning the car for the forsale adverts so ill add more pictures tomorrow when i have finished it .Rich. civicturbo79 Posted February 13, 2010 Author Share Posted February 13, 2010 Well i got myself out of the supra for 4 hours and built up the front of the civic i gave her a mechine glaze all over and then a hand wax after that, then gave the inside a good going over and it looks stunning its like a new one Rich.
