KiNK43 Posted May 31, 2011 Author Share Posted May 31, 2011 yeah that sounds like what i got scott. strange ay.quick update.another new rocker bolt in and woop woop , managed to get it back together without snapping another!went on riches dyno sunday after he checked it out abit.in the end made 171.5 this time but with two great dips in the graph.rich noticed the revs stuttered as they climbed and had a theory that the new dizzy had a different fitting into the cam.so i have swapped the old one over from the knackered dizzy and to be perfectly honest it really does feel a lot smoother! strange.so back to the dyno and try again.quick vid on the dyno from sunday... click to play!gave rocker a quick lick...and heres the offending piece on the dizzy. seems like there is too much play where it fits into the cam so i guess the ignition timing is gonna be miles out no matter how you adjust it... That air filter looks familiar damn you rumbled me! have you not noticed i swapped your air filter for a pair of 40 denier tights?because i got momo wheel. local honda place told me the horn connector i needed from ITR was discontinued so i made one. but you could hear it scratching the back of the wheel when you turned. so i used that scalectrix track contact (from bottom of the cars)thing as a springy contact. bit softer and quieter. works a treat.the horn was 4 quid off ebay and SHOUTS "GET OUT THE WAY NOOOOOOW!". made me jump first time i used it. ha Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
