Sorry dude! Feel bad now for pointing those out!

Sorted now :)

Very good quality MDF. If there is such a thing?

Varnished too! Unfortunately the screws I used for the speakers were thick enough to bolt ships together so the MDF split a tad :(

Certainly much clearer with better bass. I'm only running them from the head unit which I think is 50W so they'll never be amazing. But I have 4" Pioneers in the back coupled with a small sub in the boot so I get pretty good sound all round.

Might look into some better 1" tweeters. Nothing spesh :)

Thanks guys,

Just need to tidy a few bits up.

But I've come to the decision that the car will be sold next year (not sure when yet!)

I'm trying to save up to move out of home and this is becoming uneconomical to run (£240 fuel per month)..and I only drive to work and back!

Get a bike, drive half way, park.

Ride the rest of the commute.

Ride back to the car.

Drive home.

50% cash saving.

An option! I'm thinking to make my cycling a little less deadly of driving to somewhere with a proper cycle track and doing it that way!

You must be doing 50 miles a day then? Or do you work weekends too?

It's 30 miles, all back roads. Start, stop. Start, stop.

Or 40 miles on the motorway. I've been going down the M4 recently, 10miles further but a steady 65-70mph is saving some pennies.

It's more than easy enough for me to cycle the entire trip. I must go past 5 a day on my route down the back roads.

I've never been a fan of riding a bike, plus I'd need to buy a suitable bike which can be a pretty penny :) I don't trust Halfords £60 Apollo bikes!

My weekly mileage inc the weekend is around 250, so it's average.
