How often to change timing belt B18C4?

I took mine to Honda when i had it, cant remember the price but i think its in my build thread.

Phil's just had a venture with Honda, turned into a saga to say the least!

If your not going genuine honda, it has to be Gates belt mate ..

 

What i have on the EK which i'll be transferring over to the deck .. It only did about 500 miles ! lol

Piss off with the age !! lol

 

4 years ..

 

BUT its been stored in a dry garage, not suseptable to degredation as much as on the road/left outside ..

Cool! Should have a few years left in it then as long as you're happy with how it looks when you get it off the motY :-)

 

Yeah i will give it a thorough checking over ! I will be highly annoyed should it look scagged! lol

 

Would like to have it done for fest, but i dont think im going to have time :-(

Actually only the aux belts are Gates, the timing belt is Nipparts. But i've got trust in this guy!

that's some good luck with the head mechanic, my water pump has just been replaced at 170000 mile's and 14yrs old, due to the seal weeping, the bearing is spot on.
