Mani flange chopped and re-welded with gd clearence now one end of the flange with bent out a bit but sorted that out. Also found the engine code, sent the pic to U.S mate of mine and he said its a 1978 302 5.0L but it does say 6L on it which was a slight let down lol Ill hopefully order a smaller starter soon!
