Hmmm very interesting, and you can still use the 180 ARB aswell, I like your style on that one so there is half an inch in it front to back I wonder how you could deal with that.

what are the Monroe reflex like I have heard good things on monroes used them in the past on my punto 1.4 GT before it got totalled that thing was like a go kart used gmax 30mm drops never ever caused me an issue.

Yes I have the 180 anti roll bar fitted to the MB6.

Monroe Reflex is slightly uprated over stock damping force shocks. they were on the deck when I got it but give a perfectly acceptable ride.

With the Meisters I have them wound with 60mm of thread between the lock ring and the pre load ring with 10mm of preload set on each corner, handles really nicely without being overly crashy. I don't drive everywhere at 100mph but when I do decide to have a spirited drive I find it very compliant and much better than previous set ups I've had. I won't say it's perfect because A. It needs a four-wheel alignment and B. Would need camber adjuster to be able to align it properly.

Lowering springs are inherently flawed as they are progressive and not linear.

what is an FRSU?  I hope it doesn't mean Full Race Setup lol

In fairness mate you can't call a group of people amateurs with car set up when you don't know what an FRSU is.

Fast road set up.

No they aren't corner weighted, trying to corner weight a deck is just a waste of money. You'd never get it right. The only time a car warrants being corner weighted is a track going/prepped car for optimal balance.

No I gathered it meant that, I was laughing at the idiocy of using that terminology to describe how your geo is setup. I am a mechanic by trade with 10 years experience of private vehicle servicing and repairs and that includes geometry of vehicles.

What does full race setup mean then in your eyes? how much toe is the front and rear running? or is that a race car setup secret?
