jdmsaq
Hey everyone had my mb2 over a year now have have been modding it since iv had it. Anyway, heres the list of mods I have done so far; Exterior - Car tinted all aroundColour coded front grill and chrome on boot lid 6000k HIDJDM yellow fog lightsClear side repeatersCree bulbs sidelights and number plate lightsNEO chrome lug nutsDe-wipered rearFront aero wipersFront fog lightsDe-chromed headlightsUSDM indicator lightsPressed number plates with holders15" Modia KS-O5 alloys fiitted with Uniroyal Rainsport 3 tyres Interior -Pool ball JDM gear knobExtended short shift with energy suspension bushing kitFull leather interiorBoss kit with OMP steeringMB6 Center arm restCup holdersPioneer DEH-X9500BT headunit800 watt fli active sub360 watt amp powering 6x9's on rear shelfx2 220 watt front door speakerx2 120 watt 13cm rear speakersFront purple footwell lights Engine bay - A/C DeleteJapspeed 4-2-1 manifoldToyosport induction kitChrome finish rocker coverAlluminium radiatorPassword JDM silver battery tiePassword JDM fender washersSilver oil/radiator cap/radiator stayFront upper strut brace Exhaust - Full custom built exhaust system its straight through including decat (back box is pro flow) Suspension -TA - Technix coiloversD2 front and rear adjustable camber kit Future mods - Modify door cards to match leather interiorTeam Heko or Climair wind deflectorsChrome cone induction kitMeister R coilovers Here's how i bought the car last year in September (only have these pics as i picked up the car late evening) I then tinted the car all around I then color coded my front grill and rear chrome bit as well as the H on the boot as I hate chrome l Also wired up my fog lights along with new number plates front and rear, bee sting aeriel added also de-badged on rear I upgraded my LED's sidelights and number plate lights are cree bulbs, interior one is 48 SMD (blinding at night lol) Car needed some alloys.. im not a fan of big wheels so i wanted something 15" so i came accross this rare set on ebay they are 15" Modia KS-O5 (4x100/4x114.3 fitment) I had them refurbed in Nissan GTR grey..Calipers and rear drums were also painted black.. Clear side repeaters also installed.. After the alloys were added the car was looking like a monster truck! wanted to get rid of that arch gap so i got a set of coilovers from a member on civiclife. I then went a specalist tracking place my front/rear camber and toe was completly messed up i didnt know any thing about camber at this point i was advised an adjustable camber kit for front and rear to sort any future issues with tyre wear etc.. Below is the print out of the tracking out of place.. I then invested into a D2 camber kit front and rear had them fitted .. Went back to the tracking place and had them adjusted accordingly This was the result.. As you can see there is a big difference from before / after camber and toe got adjusted correctly.. However i was still -1 degree out on the front which caused minor inner tyre wear still.. After having my MOT passed there was an advisory of exhaust leak .. Now i had an excuse to get an exhaust system also my center mid pipe was scraping on speed bumps .. So i went ahead with a full custom exhaust system with lifetime warrenty Video of exhaust: http://vid34.photobucket.com/albums/d145/jdmsaq/IMG_0597_zpsbbf3b967.mp4 I repainted my wiper arms along and de - wipered the rear Got bored of the stock gear knob so i upgraded to a gold one then i ordered a quick shift along side a poly bush kit from energy suspension shifts are way better now i would definatly reccomend this My next upgrade was the HID kit which is 6000k Removed mud guards, colour coded my center caps added NEO chrome lug nuts My next upgrade was the sound system the following items were ordered; Pioneer DEH-X9500BT, FLI active sub 10" 250RMS, 3 way Fli front door speakers 16.5cm 70RMS each, Vauxhall Astra front door speaker adaptors, 3 way Fli 13cm rear speakers 60RMS each, Fli FU360 360 watt 2 channel amp to power 3 way Infinity's on rear parcel shelf which are 100RMS each. Also iv hooked up a 500GB hard drive in the glove box and also theres an additional USB in there too, oh parrot bluetooth including mic is wired up too Was not happy with the wiring in the boot everything was going all over the place whist driving.. So i spent a bit more time on trying to hide the additional amp and do a wire tuck.. Best location was mounting it on the rear of the sub box.. Anyway this was the result when i was finished Iv recently raised the car as i was getting tyre issues and chasis damage.. I got the tracking done recently and its all setup perfect now i get a very minor inner tyre wear which is 0.5 degree .. Guess i can live with that lol Now for some photo whoring ..
