let h/brake adjustment off full,take out pads,turn piston anticlockwise,retry and adjust more until drags a wee bit re-ajust h/brake till 3-4 clicks auto adjustments brakes never work

thanks for that infomation^^what ecu have you and did you notice much gains in upper powerband or loss in lower power according to the above dyno looks good gains all round tbh regarding port matching any problems there

I would take the TB off and clean it and clear the 2 bleed holes near the butterfly with carb/brake cleaner too

^^The port design are that of a dc2 you mean non type R ?>>>b18c1 so is that same port shape as the c4 they do look the same from the photo"s

might be worth reconecting collant bypass mod, asess tick over,and reset ecu. And clean the TB looks very dirty check cranshaft breather also maybe blocked with all that oil about,also check for colapsed pipes ect. or ask that snail his name is brian

today he has read it awaiting his imput dont know if to keep the p72 ecu or swap for p28/p30 ecu and the ad or disadvantages

B pipe looks really good condition, Also if your fitting short shifter do same time as B pipe

Got about 1.5 inches clearance atm so recon will be and now an ecu to run it where jimbob when you need him
