I really hope it's not warped discs. They have 8400 km on them and I haven't driven on a track. So it turns out EBC are crap I will try this, thanks.

I will use the thread to ask are the MB mudflaps compatible to EK ? They look the same in the internet.

Nevermind I got answer in my native Honda forum. For MB2 stock it's: Front - 61.5 cm Rear - 63.5 cm

Can someone meassure what's the distance between the wheel arch and the ground on a MB 1.4 1.5 or 1.6 with the stock suspension. The red lines:

Read here http://www.dodo-upgrades.nl/ There is everything about tuning your engine there. Adding vtec is not simple and requires a lot of cash.

I've been reading the MG forum recently and came up with this: "While you are swapping the struts over your benefit from swapping the front upper suspension arms from left to right to give you more negitive castor and camber which make your steering respose alot sharper. This is what the ZS has, just come with an 'MG' sticker on them and part numbers changed but the ZS upper legs over the 400/45 is just left for right and right for left" I don't what what that means but have somebody tried it ? EDIT: Something's wrong I can see noodels posted but his post can't be seen

Don't they have sizes or something I got only one page in ebay

I'm in love with this photo and I want to buy badges like those - the type R and the red H badge. Can you post a link to where I can buy thoose ? But I want to be sure they will be a perfect fit and to be good quality. For example there are some cheap red H badges that look like cr@p. Also it will be good if the author recognise it's M, there are too many project threads and can't find it, I only have the photo. p.s. Vtec-e engine with type R badge that will be so wrong

Nice list, you're heading in the right direction. Too bad about the projectors though. Why don't you enter COTM - viewtopic.php?f=15&t=10091

WOW !!! Awesome color, the best wheels for it, the best engine, the best coilovers, now that's a M. I love it ! Just needs projectors and colourcoded grill

I can do only light stuff, my greatest achievment - fitting the integra airbox I am motivated to learn and do everything on my car myself but my only teacher are honda forums Anyway I think everything on hondas is easy to maintain/repair.

I see, so this won't work. It seemed like a good idea

X2 I have never driven a car without PS and I'm definitely not in the strong category May be I should remove the belt to see what is like, is it east to remove/reinstall ? Also it will be nice if someone got info on this breather system it is said that makes the steering easier and it is close to having PS.
-
I don't like the feeling of the steering rack and this will help. Has somebody done it ? There is a guide here howto remove it and connect a breather system which helps steering when parking but seems hard to do - http://www.civicforums.com/forums/115-e ... ering.html So what do you think ?

What about a MG ZS 180 rear arb, stiffer rear arb is supposed to reduce understeer.

I was trying to find out before, which is the best stock intake manifold but there are conflicting views in the internet. And now thanks to google translate I found someone who has tried all of those intakes and send him a PM. So here it is: Hi, Yes, I've testet all three of them. It is said that intake from D16y8 is the best for D-series engines. In my car that was not thruth. At first I've tested the D15z6 because it's the same as D16y8 (which is a little more expensive and rare in poland) and my feelings were that in low rpm the car was faster. That was because it had more air in bigger manifold tube, after throttle body. But in mid, and high rpms it was like a mule in comparison with stock D16Z6 manifold. Because then I wasn't completely sure that D15z6 and D16y8 were the same sizes inside I've tested the D16y8 as the second one. It was better, but still worse than stock d16z6 manifold. The car had some kind of lag, and slower response for hitting the acceleration pedal. At the end I oversized the inlet of stock D16Z6 intake manifold and I put a throttle body from B16A2 on it (if I rememer it well, it's 60mm against stock 56mm - something like that). And that's it. The response is quick. And in mid and high rpm's the old good d16z6 is really crazy. Most B16, and some B18 couldn't manage it on 1/4. The stock ones of course. You can find some mine old vids on youtube (user 222majkel) to see how it goes from inside of the car. To be completely honest I didn't tried to oversize the D15z6 or D16y8 intake manifolds. But the slower throttle response decided that I didn't wanted to. I think that in small D-series the fast response from low rpms is the most important thing. In that case the D16z6 intake manifold was always the best for me. All credits go to majkel I can say Poland forums are full of information, too bad Google translate is so bad with them

Tom it's for you Your best bet is to go for MG ZS 180 v6 springs & shocks. Handling will be massively improved and the combo is cheap around 100 pounds. Look at the Suspension section of the forum. For example this thread: viewtopic.php?f=56&t=9957
