I always go for the impact driver, it's a legitimate use of a hammer

 

School boy error though, I don't trust those scissor jacks at all and tend to use my trolley jack as much as possible with axle stands.

One thing I've forgotten to ask is the fan speed settings in the car. Only 2 of them work for me, fastest and one before. The others do nothing. Is this an easy fix or is it a matter of getting a replacement?

Very easy mate.

 

You'll need a 'Heater resister', can get them cheap off ebay and the module is located behind the glovebox. Shouldn't take more than ten minutes to replace.

I don't know of any particular companies but maybe look at places who do full car wraps as a starting point?
