Guest Vitor
Hi, good evening everyone. Normally I check the oil of my MB6 almost everyday, and today I decided to see it, and i saw that the oil level as increased. I smelled the oil and it look likes that it smells gasoline. What is the cause of it ? Thanks
0 Gel
It's usually down to worn piston rings, faulty injectors or spark plugs or very high fuel pressure........have a compression test carried out and have the fault rectified before you change the engine oil. Doing short runs on choke could also be a reason as would lack of servicing. Hopefully a good engine service will rectify the problem
0 Grant
Never heard of that before! Dont really see how it can even get in there! Only way that i could think of is if the rings were gone and it was leaking through.. But that would mean that it would misfire ..

0 KiNK43
Not saying this is your issue. But I've known this to happen due to injector/ecu fault. I think it was dynodaze rich's supra.cylinder has become saturated with fuel which drains past rings and contaminated the oil.Does the engine run ok?
