Miki2305 Posted January 26 Share Posted January 26 Hey everybody, glad I could be a part of the forums now, I'd like to show you a couple pictures of my new to me MB8, it has some really nice OEM goodies too, like the wind deflectors and metal plates door sills. This is hopefully going to be a build thread for this car as I buy more stuff for it and upgrade it in the future. Yeah, I was lucky to get them with them on the car already, I was shocked that it even has them haha. The door sill garnishes are really cool too, I haven't seen them on any car yet. I like the silver but I really want to repaint the car Pirates Black when I get the money, she's a keeper so I couldn't care less about money. btjtaylor Posted February 8 Share Posted February 8 (edited) Yes, pirate's black is definitely the best colour - personally I wanted any colour but silver... but went and bought a silver one anyway. Part of me wishes I held out longer to find one in that colour but its very hard to find clean ones these days so I prioritised lack of rust over it. I saw an old thread on here with someone who painted theirs championship white, that would also be cool.. that or phoenix yellow! Yeah, I've always had a dream of building the perfect Aerodeck, I love the Titan Silver but someone keyed the entire side, the car needs a bit of bodywork and I've always loved Honda's pearl colours. I'll definitely keep everyone on the thread updated when the build progresses. Unfortunately student life is sipping money from me now entirely so I'm off of mods until I can afford them 😂.
