Nah, S80 baby! Most benefit in acceleration power for that money you'll ever get!

Go for the 2.5" as if you do decide to mod it further, you won't have to worry about the exhaust!

Well the thing is that finnish traffic laws only allow a 20% increase in max. horsepower produced by modifying the car. So the most i'm allowed to get out of my car is 204hp, which i'll have to prove with a dyno sheet so i think 2,25" from cat to back will be enough. That rules out turbos and such but it suits me fine, since i'm only aiming for perhaps 190hp... or maybe 200 8-) !

Thanks for all the replies, i think next week i'll be making some purchases. I've also looked at the Tegiwa mani someone mentioined, and at the moment i'm leaning towards it... seems to be the hardest part to find 4-2-1's with 2,5" collectors so i guess i'll have to cough up some more cash than i've planned. But hey, everyone needs a hobby, right? :D
