OK my advice is not to go by ebay adverts coz 12-15bhp is bull but you will see a nice increase in torque and a little BHP like 2-4 depending on your other modds and the quality of manifold you purchase also the freedom it gives you engine to rev freely is so much more fun changes your whole driving experience in my opinion its like a different car, i didnt have one on this engine but on my SOHC 1.6 esi few years back and that went like sh1t off a shovel when i fitted a nice 4-2-1 mani and decat.

i advise do it by far the best bolt on mod you can do for little cost sure vtec-maniacs selling a good one on here for D series engine.
