The slam bar, bumper supports, seals, and around the arches (got a bit messy lol) It feels good don't it! only bit ive got left to do is touch up underneath where some of the factory underseal/protection is peeling off. and I agree it is very messy I wear a boiler suit and gloves as its sooo hard to get off!!
