VTISpain
Is possible to install on our Civic? Looking for Integra, I see that's necessary to sand off 1/8" the caliper mount and that's all. Is that right?
ryan..
you might need to upgrade the master cylinder too as the oem on on the mb6 is awful and not powerful enough for the car
noodels
but my brakes are fantastic
ryan..
i guess its a matter of personal opinion. I think the brakes in my current and my first mb6 were awful but i spend all day driving a 61 plate vw caddy which stops like you wouldnt believe

dr_broon
rear ones that aren't prone to sticking would be nice too
Krzys
rear ones that aren't prone to sticking would be nice too Yeah that would be good! There's a project thread where someone has got twin pot calipers from a legend on!
VTECDeck
Legend twin pots have the same carrier mounts as the MB/MC setup. The M/C won't need to be changed from the 1" set up as the calipers displace the same fluid amount but the twin piston allows the use of a larger pads. The legend caliper is actually slightly better than the NSX caliper. It has a better casting and slightly larger pistons.
jasons
don't know much about legend calipers, but I do know accord type r calipers bolts straight on, but you need a 300mm brake disc.I am looking into getting some made up from blank castings of a mercedes 300mm 28mm wide disc which has the correct height for this conversion. It would then be machined from a blank with 4x100 pcd with correct centre bore, retaining holes etc which will fit the 4x100 civics and mg's.Not confirmed yet, but if the company agrees to do a run of discs then its a cheap 300mm brake upgrade using atr calipers.
