Wheel off, un bold the bottom of the front strut, take of the fork, put a bottle jack under the strut, pump up and take the pressure, undo the top of the strut but leave the top bit in the car, let down the jack and there you have it spring is out! Easy!! as for the rear all you have to do is unbolt the lca arm and put a jack under, undo the top of the damper rod and let down. simples!!!!
