lowering kit without spring compressors!!

Fairly simple really. Wheel off, un bold the bottom of the front strut, take of the fork, put a bottle jack under the strut, pump up and take the pressure, undo the top of the strut but leave the top bit in the car, let down the jack and there you have it spring is out! Easy!! as for the rear all you have to do is unbolt the lca arm and put a jack under, undo the top of the damper rod and let down. simples!!!!

Ideal.. thanks for the tip! i will defonatly be doing this when I get a set of lowering springs. I hate spring compressors because it crippled my baby finger :cry: I have to go hospital because the skin was cut to the bone
