well she has now had over twenty lessons! but the basics all went out the window!...

pulling up and not disengaging the clutch, pulling off with the hand brake on!

her instructor is one patient man! no wonder he looks like a shell of a man.

oops im supposed to be supportive as a loving husband... im sure she'll get there in the end.

guess they all are low at this age, but mine had progressed into a nasty sqeeking noise accompanied by a crunchy gritty feeling to the pedal. awful. so had to do summit about it.

ooohh treated the beast to a set of toyo proxes T1R. fookin great tyres much softer over the bumps than the yokos and grip like mad. took a spirited drive in the rain last night and they fill me confidence even in the wet.

bit dear but worth every penny. just see how they last now!

85 bones fitted each. i know you can get em cheaper on the net but i got a 400 mile trip to cornwall tomorow so i just had them done as the yokos were soooooooo bald on the insides.

also changed oil with valvoline, fitted hamp filter and cleaned the good ol k&n.

notice that my coolant keeps diasapearing out of the expansion bottle, hope i got a lil leak somewhere and the engines not consuming it.
