Which coilovers?

I did think about springs, but as a couple of my stock shocks were an advisory, i figured coilovers. I see a hell of a range in price, and might just opt for some lowering springs, as I'm not really wanting to deck the car, I just want it to sit 40-50mm lower. Might just hunt out some good condition shocks and get lowering springs aswell. Just want it lower for Japfest, but dont have enough time to save for Meister R's :(

ive got the TA technics coilovers from ebay and they are about £170 now I think, been on my car for just over 2 years now, so well worth the money, not the best ride quality but what do you expect for the price, can go very low!

What about aftermarket shocks and springs? I'm thinking about these FK's if I can't get coilovers, They're reasonably  priced too!

That's a good price, didn't know FK did kits for the M.

These are the ones I was thinking of: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/COILOVER-HONDA-CIVIC-11-95-02-2001-ADJUSTABLE-SUSPENSION-EJ-EK-MA-MB-/251436189187?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item3a8ac3c603 iirc they are the same as the ones Craig (Fyfie5) has.

I know they are a bit more than you want to spend but although MGzs shocks with lowering springs are a fantastic set up they are f*cking hard to live with on a daily basis.

Thought I'd bump this up as opposed to making a new topic, I'm looking at these for my MB2, I'd assume they'll bolt straight on? I'm used to simple things like Polos, the fact it says for rear fork types confuses me a tad, and the fact it mentions 2 front coilovers with 2 rear shocks and springs, whereas my MB2 has rear coilovers too, not separate shocks and springs as suggested in the ebay listing.
