marv Posted June 4, 2015 Author Share Posted June 4, 2015 So today I went on a quest to find the fairest priced place to fit my tyres. Iv bought a manual tyre machine but need to buy/make a bar which won't scratch the rims. Tried 3 different places local to me, first place wanted £12 a wheel, 2nd wanted to do a deal at £15 as they usually charge £20! Ended up getting it done at the 3rd place for £10. Only downside is they managed to scrape one of the wheels it's not too bad and the paint job ain't perfect anyway but il get it sorted. Gonna get myself setup for fitting and balancing tyres myself. Got the wife's car too so means I could end up paying over £100 just to get tyres fitted to both cars.Some teaser pics of the stretch...
