Update. On the meantime I fitted a 2 DIN radio in console - my target, which I believe I achieved - was to make it as good as potential OEM part would be. 

Its not perfect I know, but Im totally amateur in creating completely new parts.

How did you get the double din installed? I thought there wasn't enough space to fit.

 

Well, there is enough space if you move heater panel approx 5-6cm lower than it is in original. 

 

First I did was to unscrew the heater panel and srew it to thesame holes but lower. This way ideal 2 DIN hole was created.

I purchased a spare console just to cut the down part of the radio frame - so from 2 consoles (2 orginal frames) i created one which looks close to OEM frame.
