  1. That's fair dos. But to change the parts you need is literally a half hour job on axle stands they are accessible externally. No need to drop the box. Just drain down remove couple of bolts. Springs and balls drop out. Replace them. And put bolts back in. Refill. Should stop it jumping out of gear

  6. I got the same on my MB2, seems to be internal to the cat as all the heatshields are secure including the one round the cat. Mine is also throwing a P0420 showing cat efficiency down.
