    £20 max to get a boss welded... the d series engines are pretty straight forward for modding(they have been around since early 80's) so most all manifolds and decats line up with ease (d series cat will be no longer than 420mm) and most on ebay are around 410-415mm so not a great deal in it

    the box only cost £69+ £22 for the ss flexi i just welded a ss flange onto itfrom an old backbox ......... its fair had its rounds now

    yep it started on mine tom had a brief encounter with it and now you are putting it to good use(did you replace the flexi or have you just left it...????)

    ive removed my ac so i could use the blanked off unit there..... so is anyony else thinking about this....?????? could we get the wiring done in a bulk order aswell...????

    i would just buy a boss and get it welded in..... saves hacking the wires to bits
