think its the tail pipe that is shorter bud checking on ebay the std back boxes look to have the same inlet side piping and bends but longer tail on the aerodeck box if that makes any sense

i just use a1/4" ratchet and a pozi drive bit but i done it with the seats out also

as for the back box zs 180 saloon fits but you need to swap the flange and most are 2.25" bore and really not that expensive

love it bud i fitted mine about 18months ago(but i done it with the panels in place) and as you said it makes it feel like its on rails..... next mod should be a h brace me thinks... i had to ditch mine due to the 4-1 mani but im gonna refit and ajust it for clearence

upgrade bud you will feel a big difference with it fitted

i passed my mot with the 6000k...... ive been stopped with police for random spot check/winter check and they never said anything all i did when i fitted them was got my headlights position reset at a local garage

thats the ones im using and no complaints bud imo go for the 55w pro they are a hell off a lot clearer than the 35w and i think they were only £20 more expensive

yeah i know but ive got a soft spot for unusual wheels or rims that arent spotted to much (and i made a promise to dawn before her passing that these cades would be hers and dave wants to stick to the promise).. the rover brm wheels were some that was in the shed and the black fox CHAV wheels were just to stop gap until i got my oz fixed but done part ex for the technomagnesio's i was planning on putting them back on but got offered good money for them so they went bye bye and the cades were only ever meant to be a winter wheel i looked at speedline challange wheels but they no longer make them and to get something similar would be the compomotive mo5(£900 just for the wheels) so i phoned up rarerims and asked them what wasnt a big seller in 2012 and the 2 wheels above were the ones that were choosen(they also tried to get me to buy the gt3 gloss black with red lip but im not into that sort of thing)
