I had 77 watchers and lots of intrest but the bid only reached 620!? Bit annoyed now she deserves a gd price, i need to shift it before i go on holiday as well.

New gasket and filter can in the post today woop! Its got no drain plug so im gunna check the meterial and weld a treaded bush on soon!

Bit of proguess i guess, the gearbox sump was leaking so i took that off trying to save as much oil as i can coz i thought it looked ok, wasnt too messy but the sump didnt look too healthy to be honest, the filter looks completely chocer and the little bits and a small chuck about the size of a baby tooth. Went into Real steel and they said that my sump is not a C6! its a rare FMX gearbox theu made in the 60's....great :/ So im trying to source a gasket now but on the upside the same box was used in jags so could be an old manual out there..

i got offered 250 and 400 and i paid more than that krzys!

Well guys, ive put a deposit down on a mk2 mx5, sadly the accord has to go, if i had the room/afford to keep it i would. Small tear comes to my eye..

Cleaned her up on the inside, looks a treat now tho i did find this black box ubder the drivers seat - see last pic!

I had the same prob with my old vtis, look so gd clean and so hard to get that purple in a pic! I miss that for sure! Pics of the accord are coming!

Ive never bought from dealer just bcoz of prices! I will see it tomorrow and its blue, ive not a huge fan but Ive never had blue before so why not!

I know what u mean but you'd think that they would sort it out so it doesnt break and cost them futher money lol my boss traded in his old shogun for a newer one and the turbo was nackered and then the dealer tried to get my boss to sort out a new one! Muppets.

nope, the arches were rust free but it had 159k miles and wasnt starting properly, after the kid jump started it ran ok, got him down to 700 notes but i felt i can do better lol Going to look at a mk2 on wed hopefully and its from a dealer so it should be a sound motor!

been re searching the mx5 ca18det conversion and according to most ppl its not worth the hassel, cheaper to just turbo the 1.6, what about a 1.6 with a mini/benz supercharger !?

difficult as in finding a decent one without the arches falling off and a decent price. Seen another one that looks gd local but its a 1.6. Im thinking well at least i can put in a sr20 or something in it
