with the distintive diesel clatter which will alway remind you that your driving a diesel.......... -
should think so, wiring plug's will be different, due to honda connector's on our's and bmw connector's on rover/mg.....
-
thought you'd all like that..... any luck with getting the horn working yet....
-
hell yeah, after all those suspension mod's can get your >insert generic fast food/takeaway here
-
had that a couple of time's on the mot test, test the horn as i pull on to the ramp, might not work or sound really bad. held it down for 30 odd sec's and it cleared it self out and sounded a lot better. at the end of the day we don't (or shouldn't) use the horn everyday, it's a bit like indcator's in bmw's, they only get used once a year on the mot test, but i alway's find that the hazard switch is worn out......

speedline chrono in 16"...... that would be extreamly tempting... do like them, but what colour on a silver aerodeck don't like black, thinking white, but white wheel's on a silver car......
-
dunno, but honda, when they desgined the civic m, proberly, thought it would never see 17" on an m......
-
i'll be honest, i'm not keen on the dc2 wheel's i've got atm, it just doesn't look right. but vtis fans are tempting me, along with the 98spec 16" itr wheel's or these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&_trksid=p4340.l2557&hash=item19d2342b3d&item=110900816701&nma=true&pt=UK_CarParts_Acc_Wheels_tyres_Trims_Car_Rims_ET&rt=nc&si=k0bnY974GkS4jUb6zT0evY1JKBk%253D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc i think mb6 can suit just about any wheel, but aerodeck's are harder to find

i've got a 2.5" rolled in tip on mine. the best pic's are here http://www.civic5.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=141&t=7121&start=160

i could'nt tell you what difference 50 of 55 make, cos thats' what mine came on 195/50/15. it does handle really well compaired to a mb6 i drove a couple of day's after i got my mc2. bearing in mind the mb6 was totaly stock, and mine has a few suspension tweek's, the mb6 did feel soft around the corner's though...

mc2 with full vtis kit mmm (new pics) red wrinkle/poly bush

IIRC, freakboy, (turbo'd d16 auto mc1), has removed his roof rail's.... -
iirc, i run mine at about 32psi all round, or what ever the sticker say's in the driver's door jam. might at 1/2psi if i'm gonna be going on a long run..

alredy got an itr manifold, intake i can't do a lot about that, and the decat, did have one lined up, but i've had to pull out of that due to family issues....

-
i'm gonna leave it for the moment, well a while, will wait till the new year before i start playing with the car....
-
bugger bugger, just don't tell tom.....
-
yeah, i think i'll be playing it safe, spring's cam's retaner's.... and as for noise, the lid is already off......
-
the hose's are one piece, and should be farely easy to get hold of, in fact rover one's should fit, and really you should replace them as a pair. because if one is knacked the other one won't be far behind it....

and a more aggressive vtec engage as well i assume, cos that is what i'm mainly what i'm after, i'm trying to get more noise...

still planning on keeping the 8200 rev limit, just trying to find out, if you can run any genuine honda type-r cam's (ctr/itr etc) in a b18c4 lump with no adverse effect's, or with out modding the ecu......
-
forgot to mention the itr exhaust manifold.. the link james put up, that's intresting, the aftermarket cam's require new spring's and what not, but it seem's standard honda one's don't.... i'm gonna leave it for the moment....
