i need to get some heat shielding to put around the air filter as its sitting on a rad pipe atm :/

i have also added an induction pipe to the pipercross cone air filter, as it was only put on the end of the OEM induction pipe, i also put an oil breather filter on it, i know i need to cleen and tidy up my engine bay, but im not spending too much on the engine as im putting a bigger unit in eventually, just gotta decide which one lol

i brought some new red/black seat covers yesterday for my MA, i think they look good and they fit over my seats really well not bad for twenty quid haha

The key I have at the moment does have an imobilizer chip built in, but for now I think I'm going to get a copy made and ill swap the locks and ecu over when I buy a VTi to strip down for the B18C4 engine, and all the other goodies

Cheers mate I can get a copy made no problem, but I wanted the originals for it ill go to my local honda dealer and enquire about the price as I need the red key aswell though

I would like to know what mud flaps / splash guards fit the civic MA8 as I'm having trouble getting hold of them.

i wanted to spray the trim around the heater knobs but to do this i had to take out the whole centre console, it is quite simple and whilst i was at it i replaced the ashtray bulb to a red one, and changed the bulb behind the clock as they was both blown (clocks not lit up in pic because ignition was off), i also sprayed the ashtray, gear surround and lighter housing, i used Honda Rio red for this i didnt get to take many pics because the weather was rubbish thanks for looking.

my VTi armrest and VTi tweeters arrived the other day so i put them in as my M didnt have them i also picked up a leather VTi gear knob as my standard one was horrible

Ahh ok mate looks like I'm going to have to get a B16 or B18 engine then, but I did want to put an f series engine in there has it been done before?

Will a F20B6 engine fit my MA8 as I can get hold of one for cheep I think its 147 bhp standard but its a lot better than my 1.4, what would I need to change ecu, drive shafts, loom etc? Will my S80 gearbox fit the engine? Thanks

Anyone have a rough idea how much a new set of car keys and fobs would cost new from honda, and not forgeting the all important red service key? As I only have a cheep replacement key. The car is a 1996 MA8

It is a pain when you carnt see the time when its dark, it seems weird to have an orange glow there now, I also changed the ashtray bulb to a red one looks sewwt

Thanks for your help people I have removed the centre console today and painted a few bits and pieces Rio Red looks good and it didn't take long to do, I changed the clock bulb and the astray light as they were blown, ill post pics tomoz on my project thread

1996 P reg (D14A2) 107k miles and running perfectly, I've heard that the D14 can hit 350k?

im just going to leave the seats then, ill have to get them out of a vti
