  1. an ecu reset just because I fit an dizzy cap seams a bit extreme is there a reason I have to do it

  5. Ye I am getting the manecor red ones not because mine are failing but just to finish the look off in the engine bay ,and while am here can anybody recommend a red dizzy cap and rotor arm for mb6 before I troll the net and end up smashing the laptop lol
  6. Dave I got that polishing kit for rocker cover and was going to do the manifold but the discs they supply are too big to get into the manifold I was wondering if you had any ideas mate

  8. That's them done all but two that I can't find where they go as there are no hoses like these on the car
  9. Quick update if you have the original hose clips on your car you will have to replace them with normal ones one the thinner pipes only

Just a wee heads up for you guys I had to cut the top radiator hose a little and the heater hose from the head to hot and cold valve near the bulk head ,was very easy with sharp knife and if you are using the original hose clips from the old hoses keep in mind the heavyset ones are a little bit thicker but they do fit

  16. Changing limiters in newer trucks is not easy to do and illegal ,probably only main dealer with computer could do it but everyone has a unique number that is traceable so if in an accident the police know exactly who done speed limiter

I have a cousin who stays in crouchend ,I have been down a few times very nice to visit but not a fan of the underground don't even like Glasgow City Centre lol,but working in the trade I was told about the change a few months ago and to be honest have not noticed much difference on motorways but as you say on dual carriageway I see them driving up the back of cars

I know what you mean about the noise Dave ,I drive under the erskine bridge to get home now ,there is a little bit of a tunnel and can't help myself putting ruby into second gear and giving her the beans ,always brings a big smile to my face she,has quite the rip on her now after the manifold got done ,can't wait for the meet ,haven't drove her for two weeks now because am doing other cars at the moment ,you don't realise you miss her like crazy until you don't get to drive her
