knight Posted March 18, 2011 Share Posted March 18, 2011 I hate doing valve clearances so Im getting a Honda Techy mate to do them for me he says you gotta torque em properly as they move when tightening!!How much they charge to do that mate? as i need mine done!!! vtivtec170 Posted March 18, 2011 Share Posted March 18, 2011 i did the clearances on my mini with the A series engine. from what i remember it was easy.After the mention of burnt valves and considering were talking about 8k revs and not 5k, i think ill ask about it when i take my deck into the garage for its mot. least then someone else pays for it if it all goes wrong.
