aswa
Hey guys,Im from Hungary, and I living here to, so sorry if i does some mistakes when i write this, mine english is not perfect.Im new here, so i was think i write some sort of mine MB1.After 2,5years and a lot of work, i was broken mine car at 2011/11/11, it wasent so lucky day for me... It was an turbo D16 vitara build with 26psi of boost on E85 fuel. Now new project starts, i was bought an pirates black MB6 (its not in the best shape and a lot of stuff is missing/taken out. The engine if fully empty, theres no any cables, brake lines, abs, or any pipe, just only the steel under the hood. From the interior missing a lot of things to like dashboard, seats, air lines. The suspension is not full to, missing some stuff. Ahh and the tank is missing to..). I think it will be a lot of hard work to rebuild the whole car and get back in a good shape, with a new suspension, engine, interior and a new paint to. In mine MB1 i was build the whole engine, and the turbo stuff to. The whole car was builded by me. Now time to build an new car with an freshly new engine. I hope it will be on the roads in the early new year. Now here some spec of mine MB1Engine (D16Y2):-Y.C.P Vitara 75.5mm pistons-D16A6 NPR rings-Custom lenght P2P0 forged I-beam rods-ACL Race bearings-New OEM Z6 ported oil pump-ARP headstuds-Cometic head gasket-ACT extreme preassure plate clutch-ACT 6puck clutchTurbo:-Chinase GT30 turbocharger-OBX Racing Ramhorn manifold-EMUSA 38mm Tial copie wastegate-HKS SSQV3 bov-31"x11"x3" EMUSA intercooler-custom made by me, intercooler piping(2,25"/2,5").Fuel:-RC 1000cc low impedance injectors-Walbro 255lph pump-GM 3bar mapsensor-PWN electric boost controller-SX performance fuel pressure regulatorCooling:-Aluminium radiator-Slim ventilation-Oil radiatorGauges:-Prosport oil temp-Prosport oil pressure-Prosport turbo pressureExhaust:-3" custome made by me, exhaust from stainless steel-resonator pipe-Skunk2 3" mufflerBrakes:-EBC turbo grove disk (300mm front, 260mm rear)-EBC Yellow stuff padsSuspension:-80mm lowering-modified shocksSome pics:And videos... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wIgUJDuTH0 Rest In Place mine little MB1, its gona forever But new build will be start soon...
