Yeah, it's like where I like there's loads of speed bumps and the roads are pretty terrible on a good day! But I'm also not the biggest fan of scraping the car every time I go near the road. Nick's VTi-S is on the above mentioned Meister's and says they're pretty comfortable without going silly low! Worth a look at if nothing else dude! I'll be looking at a set for mine some time next year2 points

LOL i may have to vote for your mrs car just for the comedy factor of how much hell your life will become if she gets more votes than you Matron Noooo !!!!2 points

There's another M in the family! my bro brought an MB3 today so there's another one for me to work on, here's a few pics1 point

Not quite 25 combined against 41 iirc, have temporarily lost my Honda mpg figures but there is a thread with them on somewhere. Tax is £125. The point I was making is that the MB3 is not sh!t, the MB6 though obviously superior in performance is not for everybody. Especially for younger drivers the performance difference may not be worth the cost. The '3 is a very capable all rounder but like all M's suffer from an Image problem when actually it compares well against cars marketed as being fairly sporty.1 point

Good wrapping bud, I didn't get itchy when I did mine, I reckon you must've been doing it wrong Tom.1 point

Nice one mate! She's holding up really well and especially for that mileage. Not so much about the engine because Honda's are bullet proof (obviously) but what's around the car, like suspension an all. I love how my 17 year old MB3 is faultless! Fly's through the MOT every time without any advisories in the last 3 years of owning her. She's a gem!1 point

Just waiting on having money. Then a set of black fan blades will b heading onto it1 point

i would not trust any printed manufacturer 0-60 or top end figures they all lie i would just meet your mate and see what happens when you both go for it ???? as i have been shocked so many times beating things i thought i never would in our MB31 point

Dropped her off to my mechanic today he got a couple of bit i asked him to do then he will take her for her mot. Im not worried at all i don't expect a big bill back afterwards. She passed 142,000 miles last night at work which means i have now done 35,000 miles since owning her and as i said to my mechanic this morning she has not cost me hardly anything to repair in that time, the only recurring problem has been c.v boots keep going and i end up changing c.v joints because of it but he said he may have a couple of drive shafts kicking about so if he has he will change them in case thats the problem. And in those 35,000 miles she has never once not started or stopped working in any way at all. Man i love these M's....1 point

Awesome spec list and very tastefully modified too. As above, coilovers would be a good next job, I've recently gone from eibach springs on mgzs shocks to meister r's and the difference is amazing.1 point

I blame the previous owner but they will be one of the first things to go when money permits!1 point

Looks like an awesome sleeper! Did the carbon syncro make a big difference to the feel? Meister R coilovers would suit it well if the OEM shocks ever give up! Awesome motor and set up though!1 point

Doesn't sound too bad! Check and clean the tail light seals, that should cure the swimming pool in the boot issue! There's a few cars being broken in the for sale section, check it out or send 10000rpm a message to see if he's got a shelf for you!1 point

There's at least 3 I think on the short street I live on. You can't go anywhere on the south coast without getting stuck behind some old giffer in a civic. Mine nearly always look worse because um… I am a builder and I run my 18 month old around in it .1 point

Ok sorting the small fuel prob looks like I am getting brown poss rust in filter now the tank had been flushed ,but think it must be still rusting it had been left dry for a while .so got this should solve the prob it's all new now from tank to engine lol .
