  1. Well I'm glad that this forum was able to help solve to problem as I thought I was fitting the brace incorrectly the first time. Instructions (yes I ended up reading them!) actually tell you the bolts will point inwards during fitting) but not the extent that these did.

  2. Ive took the door car off at the bottom of the door I notice two or three small drains. I notice when I wash the car the water rounds down the window into the inside of the door and out the bottom through these little drains. ... im guessing this is normal....

  3. The airbox has an electric clutch, so yes the pump pully is spinning all the time, but not the pump it's self. Try it you'll see.

  4. Exactly this, I don't think street driving (spirited or otherwise) you'll gain that much from it. If it was a track car then yes it would be one of the first things to go! I think what he means is the engine spinning the belt at all is still using up some of the power.

  5. i thought it had a fuse :/ yes it would still spin off the engine etc but if there is a fuse, by removing it you are preventing it to work because there is no power going to it

  6. The air con pump would still spin off the belt, don't think it had a fuse

  7. ye depends what comforts you want though :/ i've got it in the smx and i love it! not in the deck as i didn't like the look of it in the bay
