  1. Yes, I've noticed that too! Seems there's a real interest in them now. Bout time too! I've been invited to a classic show with DD up at Bo'ness by guys that volunteer at the steam railway. Met them through my mate who also volunteers there. The station has a classic car show every year along with an open day for visitors to the place. Has huge workshops, a proper big museum etc. I went up with my mate and helped out for the day in the workshop, then we got tasked with cleaning....Thomas the tank engine! Lol 😂

  2. yes already tried them thanks Dave. They are very good and helpful. Item 6 is available from them/ Honda UK but that is all. you can get the same parts in a top mount kit, from various aftermarket manufacturers In the US you can get full strut assemblies e.g. from KYB (these are also the brand of shocks I have bought) which would make life easy, no spring compressors required, but not available over here it seems. Pity. So looks like I'll be disassembling the strut as planned using a compressor, hope the set I have got is up to the job. ? not looking forward to that part. would be interested to know what other people have used parts and tool wise. coilovers of course another option but dont want to go down the adjustable ride/height route, wanted to keep it stock. and would be more expensive. looks like H&R for example do a nice set but v pricey !
