The Honda b series vtec engines compression readings should be between 190-220 psi You should carry out the test with engine up to running temp and full throttle for 5 seconds If it smokes on vtec it will be your valve stem oil seals, if it was piston rings it would smoke throughout the rev range, white smoke head gasket, blackish grey smoke valve stems and blue/grey smoke is rings1 point
