Bloody hell whoever built that did alright then!! That looks great
-
Great idea!! Mobile top up station. It would of course, be a diesel van. Otherwise it'd run out of juice before reaching them!!!!
-
Would be awesome. Wonder if the old mk1's are still knocking around.
-
Well spray the spoiler yourself and then buy the fins
-
Just mad how much extra kit has gone into cars over the years
-
Great idea ... But isn't it illegal to hold your koine to your ear?? Oh no, it's ok, I'll just use the touch screen on my dash That doesn't make sense lol
-
Definitely worth a go for the money!
-
Here we go, Parker's reckons 1285 for the deck, the new 1.8 5dr civic is 1209. So the difference is me, 76 kg's
-
New cars are ridiculously over weighted now. I bet our decks are lighter than the new civics!!
-
Just seen this on FB, quite like it
-
Madness what you can squeeze out the D's!! And if power is that much of a problem for the jazz, just do this!!!
-
If I didn't need the mc2 I would most def have a road going EK. Or a dc2 if I could afford it. Brilliant cars. I've lived all the ones I've owned too. What's wrong with a jazz though? The new si's look pretty cool.

Agree completely mate. My EK only had our engine with bolt ons, 185 she dynod at IIRC but a kerb weight of about 900kg, cage and all the suspension mods made it amazing in the corners.
-
Definitely agree with that mate. I used to work with a chap who had an r34, ALL he used to bag on about was how it would do nearly 200 mph (yawn!) my EK used to eat standard r34's, scoobs, evo's et round the twisty stuff in track. Of course, they blasted past me in the straights, but i prefer going round a corner quick to going in a straight line.

Even the bubble wrap was entertaining

Looks spot on chap, eBay ones? Heko I think they're called aren't they??
-
I'm not having a go mate, honestly. Just think it's all a massive con. And I bet that BMW set them back what, £25k plus??The solar panels however, yeah I get that idea and in their case it's a win win for them for sure. Can totally understand their decision. You say the BMW plant is powered by wind, you mean the oxford plant? That's all well n good, but the panel production plant in Swindon isn't lol. And the lorries that drive the parts too n fro ... I'd love to know if BMW and other electric cars makers, have produced a detailed analysis of how much 'bad' energy is used in the production and manufacturing and how long the electric car would have to run compared to an internal combustion engined car to make a difference. Oh and an important part I forgot, what about all the line workers farting all day while working!? I was one of them (in both honda & BMW) that's enough methane to make a rugby pitch size hole in the ozone every shift! Ha
-
Haha sinking as it stays that way and her out the know you'll be alright!!! What wind deflectors did you go for in the end mate?
-
Sounds good mate. Looking forward to seeing it finished

Brilliant

Wow it's amazing how far a thread can progress in a few hours of not being on! Electric pffft it's all a crock of shit. False advertising and leading people into a false sense of security. As has been said, the emissions just to get them on the road is ridiculous. Then there's the pollution that's going to be created in making the infastructure to support them country wide. Oh and did I mention that the 'clean' electric they use to fill it up is 88.6% produced from fossil or unrenewable energy anyway.

190 all motor, that'll be a screamer Sob touché after market throttle body and inlet?? But they don't line up??? Confused.com what brand are they?
-
No, apparently they are not lol. Do wonder what's in store for japfest and any other meets though lol
-
They'll always find something to add onto it. And importantly, being a turbo, it'll be more tunable too
