Bloody insurance boo. On the knocking note, I have a strange knock from the back too. Since she's been slammed, don't have an ARB and all the bushes appeared fine at time of fitting. I'm willing to bet it's some of the interior trim. Or even the slidy shelf thingy bob. Try checking all that's secure.

My trying to pinch business away, but if you don't mind traveling, there is a place just up the road from me, performance Autoworks, they're very very good in almost all aspects.
