Take the cap off the expansion tank and just let the car run for a bit should get the bubbles out eventually

sussed it!!! starter motor isnt disengaging which basically means i have a dizzy that will be going up on ebay and up on here if i can see stuff havent checked hmm.. anyway looks like im looking for a starter motor now hahah.

i dont think the noise had ewt to do with my dizzy it still made a similar noise with the new bits on the soon as the car got warm it stopped completely quiet as a mouse. so im baffled and also cant let the mrs find out will report back after the run to work in the morn fingers crossed its sorted now :/

10000rpm still has a dizzy for sale for £80+ postage, i read up on my dizzy when it was going and decided rather than change it part by part as it could be ignitor, lead, plug, cap, rotor or coil, i just went the safe route this time and changed it complete, good look with the new ignitor hope it sorts it out for you. -
this is stupid as hell, cant believe this still hasnt been sorted where are the leads coming from?
