Do you mean the rubber seal if so then it is best 2 but i say no only if its in a bad state as long as you clean out the gause/diafram and clean all faces an and use some honda bond when puting it back together then it will be fine

Yeah the 3ltr is the rare one but she isnt to bad on fuel either untill you boot it n the v6 in a tunnel at 7k rpm sound super sweet

Finally i bought an automatic as my knee is fooked so i have bought myself a lovely 98 honda accord coupe 3ltr v6 n its an awesome motor, electric everything full leather cruise control. Its got full history n 140k on the clock which is nothing for these engines and it had a recon auto box fitted 2yrs ago so its a smooth as new

Yeah they should do just make sure they are a trusted make as cheap fake ones can cause more harm than good
