Any seat other than seats meant for an m series honda will need subframe modification either to make a seat fit a standard subframe or to the other subframes floor mount hole position to make it bolt in But like tom said there are people who have done recaros from type r's and evos and have said in their build threads how they did it -

Yeah ludes arent as quick as they should be i test drive a few n a b18 vti felt faster not by much but it is

Try the simple and cheap fixes first Start with a fluid change ensuring its bled well check ur box fluid for any metal particals if that dosent work check the function of your master and slave cylinders if they are ok then you may have to check if your release bearing or (hopfully not) your gearbox are well or not hope this helps

The b18c4 is worthless without iabs imo. may as well tune a b18c6. c4s are better for boosting it seems theses days
