h4mza Posted July 7, 2015 Author Share Posted July 7, 2015 Had an issue with boot being stuck and not opening so bit of fiddling about for an hour and spraying WD40 on the hinges, it popped open. It was creaking as I moved it up and down so sprayed tons of WD40 all over the hinges and on lift support until no more noise. Let's just hope it doesn't get stuck again. So I then proceeded to remove the rear wiper and de-chrome the number plate trim. Think it looks neat like this. Got all the junk out to check for any water leaks but thankfully none.
