You try a new fan?? I had similar problem, and everytime I kicked it or hit it with a hammer it worked for a while then went dead. Maybe try hitting it first and see then get a new one??

Yer tried that you can hit hell out of it nothing , next time I turn the key could be that day even the heater works fine and sounds sweet not like its on the way out

I'd agree with a connection issue? Maybe even the fan motor itself!

 

I've noticed since the eBay resister pack went in mines quite loud even on No.1, had a look and it doesn't seal very well! Blowing air out into the glovebox!

I'm fine with my D15 talking about saving cash on fuel...but holy mother - german autobahn is insane...!!!

Everyday i'm trying to cruize with 100 mph (160 km/h) and i'm still an obstruction of traffic.

Cars are flying by with at least 130 mph or more...standard insanity i would say.

 

So yes...i miss the power of my B18-ITR and i can't wait for the K24-swap into my MB9.

Damn 3.0 litre TDI's...i will take revenge...!!!
