Krzys
Did you rub it down at all before hitting them with lacquer? Look great! A bit darker too!
Grant
I did mate yeah. Just a quick once over with some 1500. They have turned a little darker. I like it though
Krzys
That's roughly how dark I want mine to end up! Thinking of having a go with the fans myself then if that goes well I'll do the Rota's!
Grant
It's BMW sparkling graphite If you like it It's worth a go mate! Even if you just try it on one wheel first to see!

Grant
Nice look on the wheels chap.I had the same thoughts when I first fitted my 4-1 and decat. When I replaced the de cat with a sporting cat the whole system lost about 10 decibles. Now I've gone to a 4-2-1. The tapping/rasp and volume have greatly reduced. That said I still think you have a small blow in the system. Block the tail with a rag you'll soon find it Cheers mate. Thanks the info Tom! I think if my welding sesh on Thursday dowsnt dim it down I'll have to look at either a sports cat or some form of silencer to go in there. In fairness the vid doesn't do the noise justice tbh. It's a lot louder in the car. Didn't think blocking it with a rag was a good idea !? Lol not for as long as it would take me to get round and underneath. I didn't have anyone to help to do it while I was under there. You know I was looking at BMW colours too! As bad an enemy as they are, they singable some nice colours
Krzys
Yeah love their greys! If it's blowing then blocking the tail pipe will highlight it, if not then it'll just stall the engine if the pressure doesn't fire the blockage out, my brother just uses his hand though while a second person is underneath! (On a ramp though!)
