Did some more stuff done today, ripped most of the sticker back deadening off as it was tacky as hell. Removed the centre console and the very tacky velvet but 1 side broke off coz it was made badly! From what ive seen you wouldn't think the guy was a welding teacher! so my mate will weld that up for me. Also painted the rear cross frame, going to re-carpet the parcel shelf as well and tidyed up some of the wiring.

Not a bad day :)

well its taking the back seat for now, the accords mot is next month so i need to sort some bits out for that, bit worried my cut springs is going to fail the mot :(

I think it depends if they dislocate or not.

well yes becuase of the amount of travel on the damper is so long, better start looking for more springs, gulp thats gunna take a while :(

Won't be that difficult, we got one from a motor factors brand new for about £30 a corner!

to be fair they are on ebay for £25 a corner, ive been told it might slide if the spring seats back down properly but im getting that confirmed.

Back to tina, ive had a bit of trouble with the v5, he didnt send it till about 4 weeks after i bought it but he blames his missus for not sending it, he sent me the a v5 from the 2nd previous owner and it was signed by him & the rest not filled out, so i rang him and said i cant use that! he said he had the new one somewhere and after many texts basically get ur finger out! he said found it and i got it today, only to see its still got the 2nd previous owners details on it. So i guess i got to phone DVLA later today and find out what i need to do. Been a real pain in the neck!

Been looking at diff's, the only capri lsd is from a 2.8i special and they are impossible to find... maybe a sierra one ?
